2 questions about elite membership downloads and packs

I'm thinking of paying for elite membership but I have a couple of questions.

1. Are the elite downloads directly from this website (no hosts) ?
2. Will I be able to download classic WWE/WCW packs (TV shows, PPVs)

Yeah its from a private server at higher speed than normal public hosts. I think they do have packs on there too. Even if they dont you can request for what you want :)
